What we do:The disciplines of thermodynamics and heat transfer belong to our fundamental engineering tools and we are intrigued to consult in problems in those areas.

 

Heat exchanger design

Heat exchangers can be found in a very wide spectrum of applications. In most cases they play a critical role for the performance and/or efficiency of a system. Touching on the areas of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid-dynamics and design, we feel very comfortable in analysing and designing heat exchangers for a wide range of situations.

 

Development of Stirling machines

Taking an idea to the prototype stage is our territory. We develop concepts, carry out the required calculations and simulations, and translate this to a good engineering design. We are specialised in the design of power-producing heat engines, heat pumps and refrigeration systems in general and Stirling machines in particular.

Our tools comprise standard CAD software such as Solidworks as well as the powerful Stirling simulation software Sage

We are happy to guide our clients from the early stages of a basic idea, through the conceptual stage, up to the detailed design of a prototype. Even though we do not manufacture the components ourselves, we have our partners who do this for us in close collaboration. We also take care of the testing of the prototype if so desired.
